 Outstanding Clinical Leadership 

We will work swiftly to ensure your department has solid and capable leaders from the outset. Our first priority will be to ensure your department has a strong on-site medical director working with your teams each day. We will either work closely with your current medical director or one of our clinician executives with extensive leadership experience will fill the role on an interim basis until we can recruit, train, and mentor a person to fill the role permanently.

Dedicated Recruiting Support 

We provide a dedicated, experienced recruiter and a regional medical director to work closely with you and your on-site medical director to address ongoing physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner staffing needs. We leverage our clinical and recruiting experience, along with our large physician database, the latest digital job search tools, and marketing technology to craft tailored recruiting campaigns that showcase your facility, your community, and the group with whom the clinician will work.
