“Foundation of Thai massage”

This course provides and introduction to the basics of the Sen Sib, 151 massage positions and the contraindications of Thai Massage. It enables the precise and safe practise of Thai Massage for 60 min, 90 min and 120 min. Students are presented with a manual with visual presentation and description of the techniques.

(with the same theoretical content but less practical experience)

• Duration: 21 hours– 7 hours per day over 3 days

  ** This massage can be demonstrated and practiced on the ground and on a Thai Massage table

“Thai Foot Massage”

This course introduces the Thai ritual of foot massaging. It presents the reflexive zones according to traditional Thai medicine and the techniques for warming and massaging the zones of the foot with wooden stick or with fingers. For the experience to be complete, the legs, arms, head, neck and shoulders are also massaged shortly. Every student is presented with a workbook with visual presentation and description of the techniques used.
Duration: 2 days - 6 hours a day
Price: 190 lv per person

* For courses outside Sofia the booker must provide accommodation for the trainer.
** If the two courses are booked to be conducted consecutively a 10% discount applies.
