Cory Carter brings more than 13 years of healthcare consulting, business development, and leadership expertise to his role as COO of CareCulture Health Partners. Cory is responsible for the overall management of company operations.
Cory is an expert at evaluating a group or hospital’s strengths and weaknesses, developing relationships, and creating actionable growth strategies with financial benchmarks to help his clients achieve long-term success. Previously, Cory served the nation’s largest physician consulting firm, working directly with both small and large hospital systems, as well as single and multi-specialty groups across the country. He also recently spent six years serving a large multi-specialty group based in Dallas, where he focused primarily on EM, Intensivist and Hospitalist specialties.
Cory and his wife Shellie, currently reside in Dallas, with two young sons and one baby daughter who keep them busy. Cory holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Theology and loves to play golf, compete in triathlons, and spend time with his friends and family.
