CareCulture Health Partners is Dallas-based emergency and hospital medicine management services company. We take a genuine, people-centric approach to transform each practice we serve.

Our Mission

It is our mission to create a network of clinician-driven practices that share a commitment to empower and enrich the lives of the patients, facilities, co-workers, and communities we serve. We are devoted to elevating practice culture, leadership, operational efficiencies, and clinical quality by ensuring clinicians and staff are fulfilled, inspired, and supported.

We are passionate about practicing medicine and serving our communities.

We believe that empowered clinicians directly and positively influence patient experience, patient flow, quality of care, and efficient resource use. Every day, everywhere we work, we aim to create fulfilled, high-functioning clinical teams that align with each facility’s unique goals and vision.

Who we Are

Watch the video below to learn more about who we are as CareCulture Health Partners.

“At the very core of who we are, we are culture people. We truly believe in serving one another. Once you improve culture, you always see performance and quality increase.”

How we Serve Our communities

Our commitment to service leadership and respect for all does not begin and end within the emergency and hospital medicine departments we serve. Our leadership and many of the providers who work with us participate in mission work across the globe and within the communities they live and work in.  We find that mission work is like “renewing your vows” when it comes to reinvigorating your practice—it reminds us why we do what we do, adds purpose to our every-day practice, and deepens the impact we make on the communities we serve.

Free Community Clinics

We prioritize making a positive impact on every community we work in. We demonstrate this commitment by working to set up and manage free health clinics in our local communities wherever and however we can.

Great Commission Outreach

We help lead The Great Commission Outreach, an organization originally dedicated to providing health care and stewardship to neglected individuals locally that has grown into a mission to improve the quality of life for people around the world. (founded by CareCulture CMO, Oscar Martinez, MD, FACEP) provides free medical care and education to the rural town of Las Salinas in Southwestern Nicaragua. The organization has had several successful trips and has treated over 4,000 patients.
